Home boarding or day care, rather than kennels, is one of the best options for your dog when you have to be away from home whether that is for a few hours, one night or a month or more away on holiday or business. Your dog stays in a typical dog friendly house - our house where we have 2 resident dogs and a very dog friendly environment.
We check with you regarding your dogs normal home - such things as where they are allowed to sleep, if they are allowed on the furniture along with their general routines (feed times etc) and we match those as much as we can. So if your dog normally sleeps on the bed with you we will do the same and if they are not we will have them sleep as they would in their own home. Likewise, we can allow dogs on any of our furniture but if you don't at home we won't either so they have consistency.

We are licensed to board and provide day care for up to 4 dogs (with our own two that makes a total of 6 at any one time). We ensure the dogs we have at the same time are compatible with each other as much as possible and so stays will normally run smoothly with all occupants getting along and having fun/chilling and whatever else they, as a group or individually, enjoy.
At the same time, our set up is such that individual dogs can have their own space if they wish - sometimes we all need a break! the licence requires a dedicated room for each dog should they require it but also for appropriate socialisation to be facilitated - we ensure all aspects of the license are provided for.
All dogs have exercise and mental stimulation suited to them whether that be 2 or more long and fast walks, beach walks, short gentle walks, agility style fun or (in some cases) gentle play in the house and garden - acknowledging that every dog is different.
